1. All of us have something to learn
2. All of us have something to teach
3. Everyone has a preferred pathway to excellence
4. People will share only what they want to share
5. Individuals can expect to gain from this experience in direct proportion to what they put into it
6. If you don't ask questions or tell folks what is going on you can't expect them to read you mind
7. We do not have to agree; we do need to understand
8. There are great variations in personalities
9. When it comes to people, there are few simple answers
10. It is what it is

That picture absolutely cracked me up. So many of us put on the facade to cover up our humanity. This picture was refreshing to me. I know that "clothes not a man make" but sometimes it is great to see the real "person". I appreciate your warm regards and hope I did not offend!
